Yash Kalro

Yash Kalro is Vice President at 3one4 Capital where he leads strategic relationships across the vast ecosystems for the fund.

As a leader of the Growth and Capital Development team, Yash advises the portfolio during their phases of hyper growth and capital transactions where he specialises in helping the companies plan and achieve goals around global go-to-market, capital access, and management. He also works actively with ecosystem partners to build strategic partnerships to accelerate the growth of the portfolio

As an early member of the team, Yash has previously donned multiple hats and has been involved in developing and scaling multiple processes and initiatives of the fund.

Prior to 3one4, Yash worked for three years in a large audit and consulting firm's internal audit division, where he helped mid and large-cap companies identify and mitigate internal processes and control gaps.

Yash completed his Bachelors in Commerce from St. Jospeh’s College of Commerce, Bangalore.
