The Internship Program at 3one4 Capital is intentionally crafted to offer students a comprehensive and structured learning journey with defined learning outcomes, contextual industry access and experiences. The program is designed to empower students with critical knowledge, analytical frameworks, and extensive networking opportunities that are essential for successfully navigating and excelling in the dynamic Indian startup ecosystem. Through immersive learning experiences, interns at 3one4 Capital gain a deep understanding of the sector-specific overviews, the firm’s investment thesis, and the unique insights we've garnered from our deep involvement strategy.

The internship program is highly selective, attracting over 1500+ applications each year. We offer internships throughout the year on a rolling basis, providing flexibility and continuous opportunities for prospective candidates to join us.

Divya Gupta

Divya is a final-year undergraduate specialising in materials engineering at IIT Delhi, has a background in interning with startups in the web3 and health tech sectors.

During her time with the Strategy Research Function at 3one4 Capital, Divya played a vital role in building repositories and contributing to informative reports for the firm. One of her notable projects involved developing an investment thesis on bio-based chemicals, aimed at identifying practical opportunity areas, assessing viable business models, and exploring emerging technologies in this field.

Gautam Marwah

Gautam is currently pursuing an MBA at Masters' Union in Gurugram and is the host of the 'Indianaut' podcast, where he engages with prominent figures in the Indian startup ecosystem. Prior to his MBA journey at MU, Gautam held roles at Qbera, Kite/Falcon FS, and Pine Labs, where he specialised in data-driven decision-making and product management.

Within 3one4, Gautam played a pivotal role by providing research-driven insights across various projects, crucial to the firm’s active reports and publications. His contributions bolstered the firm's internal research capabilities and knowledge repositories. Gautam's focus encompassed digital public infrastructure in India, particularly in emerging areas like EV charging.

Advik Jain

Advik is currently a second-year MBA student at XLRI Jamshedpur, with a specialisation in finance and marketing. Within XLRI, he holds the role of Treasurer for the Student Investment Fund, managing investments in the Indian equity markets.

During his stint at 3one4 Capital, Advik played a key role in crafting comprehensive pitch decks covering diverse themes, including the Content and Influencer Economy, Insurtech, Fintech, and Healthtech. Additionally, he undertook a project on the adoption of AI in radiology within the firm's Digital Health theme. His contributions involved conducting thorough technical assessments and formulating foundational steps for the financial evaluation of startups in this sector.

Vignesh Krishnan

Vignesh joined 3one4 Capital as an Industrial Trainee (Articleship) in the Portfolio Management and Finance function. Prior to this, he worked at Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, specializing in Audit and Assurance, focusing on statutory and tax audits for companies across various industries. Vignesh is currently a Chartered Accountancy student and is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University.

At 3one4 Capital, Vignesh is tasked with the monitoring of day-to-day financial transactions and business operations of the firm’s portfolio companies. He actively participates in the evaluation of their business plans to align with future growth objectives as well as supporting their finance teams with reporting and accounting activities. Vignesh also reviews monthly statements to identify opportunities for optimising resource utilisation.
