Ida Boitlung heads Programs and Strategic Alliances at 3one4 Capital and spearheads the continuous scaling and development of the firm’s programs, strategic alliances and partnerships with global technology companies.
Ida and her team are responsible for curating a global network of partners, providing 3one4-portfolio companies access to a sought-after community of experts, intentional support and valuable resources. She also designs and implements the firm’s program strategy to enable access to industry insights, curated talent pools, deep domain expertise, and operational frameworks for founders in building generational companies from the ground-up. Additionally, she works closely with the Marketing team to architect Program Strategies that intentionally support the firm and founders in establishing their brand and positioning in the ecosystem.
Prior to 3one4 Capital, Ida worked with the Learning Experience and New Initiatives team at Open house, an ed-tech company where she designed metrics, analysis protocols, product strategies, and led research to build products for immersive learning experiences for teenagers. Ida also led the Program Strategy at The CoWrks Foundry in partnership with Yale and Columbia University to radically accelerate the growth of enterprises tackling climate change, health, sustainable cities, future of work, and infrastructure with a deep focus on Urban Technologies, Health Tech, and Enterprise Automation.
