Paromita leads the Marketing and Communications team at 3one4 Capital where she drives the firm’s original content, social media, brand messaging and media strategy including PR and marketing advisory for our portfolio companies.
She is an experienced Marketing Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the venture capital and private equity industry. Prior to 3one4 Capital, Paromita drove marketing, design and communications strategies for The CoWrks Foundry (CoWrks' in-house business accelerator), where she developed and scaled Foundry’s unique positioning across the startup ecosystem. She also built and managed the brands for each of the accelerator's partnerships with Yale, Columbia and Brown universities.
Paromita also has a demonstrated background as an independent marketing consultant and has successfully worked with high-growth startups on their fundraising pitch decks - storyboarding and design. Paromita also had a career in ed-tech at Cuemath and Curiositi Learning where she drove Instructional Design.
Paromita holds degrees in B.A. (Hons.) and M.A in English Literature.
