3one4 Capital Recognised by WinPE and IVCA for Performance and Organisational Design

At 3one4 Capital, we have always believed that the firm we build is as important as the companies we back. That means holding ourselves to the same standard we bring to every investment decision: one of intentional meritocracy, where the best people are recruited for every role, bias is removed from every process, and the outcome is a team that naturally reflects the diversity of voices and talent that make up young India today. Inclusion at 3one4 is not an initiative that runs alongside the firm. It is the firm.

In March 2026, that conviction was recognised by two of the most credible institutions in India's private equity and venture capital industry, the Indian Venture and Alternate Capital Association (IVCA) and Women in Private Equity (WinPE), and we are proud to share what that recognition represents.

The IVCA Women First Award

The IVCA Conclave is the flagship annual gathering of India's alternate capital industry, bringing together fund managers, global institutional investors, policymakers, and founders. As the apex industry association for alternate capital in India, the IVCA carries an institutional authority that makes its awards among the most consequential signals of a firm's standing in the ecosystem. Its process requires firms to demonstrate, across verified data, their exit performance and fund returns, the social and climate impact of their portfolio, and the depth of their commitment to gender diversity across investment teams and portfolio companies.

At the 15th IVCA Conclave, 3one4 received the Women First Award, an honour given to firms that have demonstrated consistent, measurable progress on women's participation across investment teams and portfolio companies, at a moment when the industry was asking not what firms intend, but what they have actually built.

The WinPE Leadership Summit and Awards

WinPE's annual Leadership Summit and Awards has established itself as the definitive platform for evaluating how firms in the PE-VC space integrate performance with gender inclusion. For the 2026 edition, 3one4 entered four categories. The firm submitted its aggregate picture across 10 funds, AUM of ₹4,400+ crore, and 100+ portfolio investments for Firm of the Year. For Deal of the Year, 3one4 nominated its investment in R for Rabbit, a consumer brand solving a documented problem for Indian parents. Five portfolio companies including HerKey, ZeroCircle, Fermbox Bio, Rezolv, and ImmunitoAI, were nominated for VC Backed Company of the Year, each demonstrating business growth alongside gender diversity across founders, board, leadership, and workforce.

3one4 Capital won Firm of the Year in Venture Capital, a recognition of the firm's performance and the consistency with which it has held itself to the standards of genuine inclusion. Across the team, 43% of professionals are women, 66% of team leads are women, and 50% of core management are women. These numbers are the result of years of deliberate organisational design, and this award is their acknowledgment.

Nruthya Madappa was named Venture Capital Leader of the Year, and this recognition sits closest to us as a firm. This award recognises women investors who lead key investment decisions while actively driving gender diversity across their firm and portfolio, and who demonstrate measurable influence in supporting portfolio companies through capital, mentorship, access, and operational guidance. For 3one4, it is an acknowledgment of the role Nruthya has played in shaping the firm's investment approach, in championing the founders and companies that reflect the change we want to see in the industry, and in setting the standard for what investment leadership looks like when action is intentionally directed and merit is truly prioritised.

R for Rabbit won Deal of the Year, recognised for the conviction behind the investment and for what R for Rabbit represents: a founding team building with the same intentionality and rigour that 3one4 looks for in every company it backs.

HerKey and ZeroCircle were named finalists for VC Backed Company of the Year. For 3one4, their nomination is evidence of something the firm has long believed: that the most enduring companies are built by founders who understand, from conviction, why the breadth of a team is a competitive advantage.

Inclusion as Institutional Design

The data submitted to both bodies on team composition, portfolio founder demographics, exit performance, and hiring and culture practices was the same data that drives how we operate day to day.

We are honoured by the rigour that the IVCA and WinPE bring to this process, and proud of the 3one4 team whose work, over many years, earned it. We are committed to raising the bar on what a next-generation institution built out of India can look like, and we believe this year's recognition reflects that direction.
